Time for a Little “Work”

Sorry for the inconvenience as you must be wondering if the chicks have taken a long extended vacation. Well, yes and no. Coach Olga is preparing for the 9-week very intense Bikram yoga instructor training scheduled in Los Angeles. As part of her training she will be practicing Bikram twice a day M-F and once on Saturday for a total of 99 classes. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Bikram yoga it is a structured set of 26 poses done in a specific order. A class is 90 minutes long in a heated room with temperatures at  105 degrees and I understand oftentimes the instructor training rooms are hotter! And, the humidity in the room measures about 50%....
